Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner and supervisor. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Yoga Therapy. I can integrate these therapies to meet your individual needs or offer them as individual approaches.

I am regulated by the Health Care professions Council (HCPC) and the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I worked in the NHS for 30 years and now work for a local charity and in private practice.

I have a particular interest in trauma and work-related stress and burnout, including the relationship between the mind and the body.
