After my first trip to India in 2008, I fell in love with the country and with yoga. After years of self enquiry and curiosity I completed her 500hr Yoga teacher training with the Devon School of Yoga in 2017. Born in Devon and sticking to my roots, I teach Hatha, restorative and flow yoga around the county. I create a nurturing, safe space with emphasis on breathing to build vitality and expel tension.

My true healing journey began when I was in India travelling and also studying for my 200-hour yoga teacher training. My time in India was truly special and led to a lot of deep shifts and an awakening. I now guide yoga classes and offer sound & energy healing.

I have taught yoga (asana), meditation, and breathwork in the UK and abroad for many years now. I teach Vinyasa and yin yoga and I aim to make yoga accessible for everyone and to help others make positives changes in their lives.

In my classes, I combine asana (yoga postures) with pranayama (breath work) and meditation to nurture the body, mind, and soul. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space and nourishing space. Suitable for all abilities including beginners.

My hope is that you feel refreshed and energised, more present and engaged with your life and the people around you.

I truly love what I do and being able to share my passion with others is an absolute dream!

I offer sound baths, 1-1 sound healing and reiki. Working with these practices I can really feel the power and importance of energy and sound healing and I aim to share this with others as I believe that we need to look after our energy body just as much as we look after our physical body. I love to blend and work with all of these practices as they create such big shifts, healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

I hope you can join me to experience and receive this deeply soul-nourishing work, guided by the divine I will support you on your journey of awakening and remembrance.

I was first introduced to yoga by lovely Elizabeth while living in the Thailand jungle in the 1990s. This time in the jungle was beyond transformational and I have so much love and gratitude for this time in my life and for the community and jungle nature that guided and held me.

I am inspired by the vastness of the yoga path, from the physical practices that take such wonderful nourishing care of the body to the rich philosophy and teachings that underpin it all. As well as my ongoing life journey with yoga, I am also inspired by Dances of Universal Peace, awakened by the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism and in awe of the divine beauty of Mother Nature.
